About the land

The land comprises 17,117 sqm (which equates with 4.23 acres) in six contiguous plots.  The largest plot, of over 7,000 sqm, has a 130 metre frontage onto the lake.

The land faces south/south-east and has all-day sun.  In the summer, the sun sets behind the hills on the opposite side of the lake.

From the water-front, the land rises gently up towards the old road from the Sofia-Varna highway to the small city of Troyan.

There is electricity and water available to the land.

The land is classified agricultural, category 6.

Adjacent to the land is a cluster of seven holiday villas which have been put into regulation (ie, residential development permitted).  Immediately behind the land is a large plot of 32,000 sqm for which change of use permissions have been granted for a holiday villa development.
